Scenario planning is a great tool for helping to imagine potential alternative futures and using these to develop appropriate strategies to steer towards a favourable outcome. However, it relies on making sound assumptions about critical uncertainties and is only useful when a diverse set of thoughts are injected into the process.
So, what do you think happens when scenario planning is conducted by very powerful, but totally deranged elites, in an echo chamber?
In May 2010, the Rockefeller Foundation and Global Business Network funded a study entitled: “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development.”
A common, four-quadrant scenario plan framework was used to inform the analysis.
If you read my 21 Oct 2020 article: IDLE HANDS ARE THE DEVIL’S PLAYGROUND, you’d recall that the Rockerfeller family has been obsessed with population control for decades. This dynasty is among the most powerful of all globalist, eugenicist oligarchies. So, guess what the key findings were from their scenario planning report?
- Climate change would result in future sea-level rises, droughts and famines and a rising population would only exacerbate this; and
- Climate change, increasing pandemics and their effective response could only be combatted through global coordination – ultimately through one world government control.
So, what happens when the most powerful and wealthy people on earth are also the most paranoid about the population level and it’s supposed impact on the climate and health?
Here is an excerpt from the Scenario “Lock Step.” Remember that it was written in 2010, not 2020:
“In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain—originating from wild geese—was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.”
We don’t know the details of any fantastic (i.e. bizarre, ludicrous, grotesque), secret plans of cigar-puffing globalist elites, crafted in the dark recesses of boardrooms. I’m sure there were journalists who found this Rockerfeller report in 2010 and raised alarms back then. Many would have decried these writings back then as “conspiracy theories.” But what did we actually see happen in the decade that followed? When does a conspiracy theory evolve into a genuine conspiracy?
So, did anything happen in response to the 2010 Rockerfeller scenario planning exercise that we should be concerned about?
2010: Bill Gates kicked off his Decade of Vaccines with billions of dollars in grants (and simultaneous investments in Big Pharma through the Gates Foundation Trust).
Gates made large donations to Fauci’s NIAID and Tedros’ WHO and gave then prominent leadership positions within his vaccine-related organisations.
2014: The Obama administration shut down Fauci’s high-risk Gain of Function experiments in the US and overseas.
However, Fauci quietly restarted and off-shored GOF to the Wuhan Institute of Virology via a back-channel. Here is Peter Daszak speaking about it (from my article WHAT IS DIS MIS? ):
“Then when you get a sequence of a virus, and it looks like a relative of a known nasty pathogen, just like we did with SARS. We found other coronaviruses in bats, a whole host of them, some of them looked very similar to SARS. So, we sequenced the spike protein: the protein that attaches to cells. Then we… Well, I didn’t do this work, but my colleagues in China did the work. You create pseudo particles, you insert the spike proteins from those viruses, see if they bind to human cells. At each step of this you move closer and closer to this virus could really become pathogenic in people. You end up with a small number of viruses that really do look like killers.”
2017: Fauci guaranteed a pandemic would occur within Trump’s first term as President.

2018: Gates said a coming disease could kill 30 million people within 6 months and we’re also getting closer to a universal flu vaccine.
2019: Fauci and HHS Director Bill Bright plotted a “disruptive” new outbreak in “China somewhere” to “blow the system up” and enforce universal mRNA vaccination.
2019: Gates funded Event 201 – a pandemic simulation event. It gave valuable insights into critical vulnerabilities of global supply chains and how the official narrative could be reinforced.
Shortly after this (before COVID-19 was officially announced), Gates was very excited:
Fauci was also very excited as his branch of government was a 50/50 partner with Moderna (also, before COVID-19 was officially announced):
Dec 2019: “An agreement was signed (pg 105) that Dr. Ralph Baric of the University of North Carolina would receive “mRNA corona virus vaccine candidates developed and jointly-owned by NIAID and Moderna.”
Thus in 2020, COVID-19 was unleashed. Instead of a typical pandemic response e.g. treat early and quarantine the vulnerable, most of the world’s leaders copied the Chinese Communist Party’s approach: Lock down hard, remove effective early treatment options, mandate masks and wait for miracle vaccines. My last article: Vox Populi proved just how reckless and dangerous this response was in terms of death, disease, education and economic loss.
Add to this, a stolen US election, followed by a Biden regime hell-bent on destroying the reputation and middle class of America. They gave the world the Afghanistan debacle, an invasion of the southern border, broken supply chains, empty shelves, destruction of parental rights and record high inflation. Incompetence? Absolutely, but not entirely. A far more sinister plot line hiding in plain sight.

Dr Robert Malone published an article entitled: “Uncovering the Corona Narrative.” In it, he wrote:
“Many who have followed this coronavirus “public health crisis” and the non-sensical response provided by most of the western nations (including the USA) have been perplexed by two big questions – how was this done (in such a globally coordinated fashion), and why was it done?
In my case, I have tried to follow the various threads of facts and logic, to confront the perplexingly dysfunctional public policies, and to make sense of what is so deeply illogical. What I have found has been layers of lies, one on top of another, which seem to require an amazingly coordinated and globally comprehensive control and shaping of information in the form of propaganda and censorship on a scale which was previously unimaginable. Total information control, and total unrestricted, all encompassing information warfare. Modern media manipulation of thought and minds without boundaries, and without any ethical constraints.”
The group Stop World Control has created a chilling video than steps through the plan for the WEF to begin effecting the global take-over.
The Biden administration has been working on secret plan to cede enormous powers to the WHO. I was published in April 2022. All 193 member nations will be meeting on 22-28 May 2022 in Geneva to vote on this globalist power-grab. Thankfully, patriots like James Roguski found the plans and have been raising the alarm.
