The Climate Change cult has been spectacularly successful in driving a whole raft of legislation and manipulating markets to promote outrageously expensive, dangerous and environmentally ugly technologies.

Politicians (The Australian Labour Party) have promised cheap renewable energy.  What have they delivered? Very expensive energy via a progressively unreliable grid.  How did we get here?

After successive fear campaigns regarding acid rain and then later, the ozone layer, the masses remained uninterested until the appropriate narrative was finally discovered.  Global Warming, Global Cooling, Climate Change.  But, for those who care to read, we know that this too is a pretext, albeit a very useful one, for control.  As we saw from the folks that gave us Limits to Growth (The Club of Rome):

Who is Man?

It is claimed that humans simply use too many of the earth’s resources and so must be put in their place, both in terms of importance and physical location.  The Overton window must be moved dramatically to convince humans that they (voluntarily, if possible) need to get out of nature’s way.

Driving from the top-down, Sustainable Development Goals, ESG and specifically Net Zero Carbon have been used as cudgels to coerce CEOs into limiting fossil fuel use and promoting the “degrowth” agenda (see Retrograde).  Now bubbling from the bottom-up, DEI and climate hysteria are being tactically deployed by women and children to replace rational thought with raw emotion.  Sadly, they are but pawns in the information war.

Moving people emotionally plays an important role in the global PSYOP which is Climate hysteria.  While ever private property rights are retained, humans may continue to reject the hypocritical chiding of elites, swanning about in private jets, living in huge mansions, demanding the average person reduce their carbon footprint and eat crickets. Their hypocrisy is writ large. However, another more sinister form of movement is what the elites truly desire. 

But how could they possibly convince current property owners to part with their family home?  Or the next generation to abandon the dream of home-ownership?  Could Gen Z be convinced to forgo their inheritance for the good of Mother Nature?  That is a massive shift in thinking and 2030 is not far off.  However, as I wrote in UN-Reasoning: “luxury beliefs like Climate Change fall off the charts when families can’t feed their kids.”

To what lengths will they go?

We saw in Ze Future how the tragedy of the Lahaina fire could potentially be used to seize land through eminent domain laws.  But surely, a global fire sale is too messy.  There must be a cleaner, simpler way to separate people from their property.  Perhaps a mechanism that people may even embrace?

Private ownership is at risk.  We know this from the articles City Slickers and Digi-Tot.  Evidence for elites wanting to move people into 15-minute Smart Cities hides in plain sight.

Over the past four years I’ve researched and written about several key strategies begin employed by global elites to control the world’s population. Some of these include:

1. The world’s draconian COVID response championed by the UN World Health Organization (WHO)
2. Record global migration levels championed by the UN International Organization for Immigration (IOM)
3. Elevating Indigenous Peoples’ rights, their “ways of knowing” above logic and reason and the “decolonisation” push championed by the UN Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP)
4. The promotion of climate hysteria including Net Zero Carbon championed by the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (UNIPCC)
5. The orchestration of a New World Order, including SDGs, ESG, DEI and Public-Private Partnerships championed by a cabal of globalist elites including the UN and WEF

Mason begins the video with the following:

Whatever country is your home, disaster adaption is a global agenda channelled down through the United Nations.  If your country signed the Sendai [Disaster Risk Reduction aka Build Back Better] Framework 2015-2030, your country is bound to create climate adaption plans.  The adaption plans are manufactured through the United Nations Environment Programme.  These plans have serious implications for private property ownership, as well as for people to live where they wish in their own country.  Infrastructure will be privatised, and assets will incrementally be owned by corporate entities.”

“Conspiracy Theory” is what bureaucrats and the media will cry!  Yet, how did Mason come to such conclusions?

She was inspired to conduct some research into this legislation in NSW and Australia after listening to a Reality Check radio program in Jan 2024.

An important point to note here is that bureaucrats use the “Delphi method” to obtain what they pretend to be genuine feedback in these community consultation meetings.  The video includes two minutes of actual footage from such a meeting (from 2:45).

At the 3:55 min mark, you’ll see the lady speaking say to the man approaching her “are you trying to shut me down”?  The man?  Former NZ Prime Minister Jim Bolger, tasked with leading the community consultation process.  The only reason there were so many informed people at the meeting was that someone had learnt of what was happening beforehand and organised a letter-box drop, drawing a large group of engaged community members.

2:18 “I was concerned enough at the time to look into Australia as all plans are global and it’s only a matter of time.  Distressingly, I found extensive government and private body papers detailing uninsurable homes, housing certificates detailing climate risk, legislation allowing the government to take land, based on climate change modelling and plans afoot for managed retreat and disaster adaption.  Since that time, government has put its foot on the pedal and a flurry of papers have been released from Federal, State and Local.”

Mason has read hundreds of pages of legislation and has pulled out the most relevant bits to discuss.  As I’ve also written about in the past, Mason agrees that all of this anti-human rhetoric begins with globalist elites, often via the UN.

19:00 New legislation allows for pre-emptive (based on modelling) disaster measures to be used.  Any emergency (at the discretion of the Minister) can be labelled a “disaster.”

22:00 Declaration of a Disaster Prevention Area (again, based on modelling) gives the NSW Reconstruction Authority powers to acquire property without a home-owner’s permission and do with it whatever they want.

24:30 A multi-hazard risk approach is used, based on the most catastrophic modelling available. Population growth is blamed for the increasing risk.  Climate risk overlays over regions and houses will cause insurance premiums to rise sharply. [Have you noticed the recent sharp rise in Home Insurance Premiums?]

33:30 Coastal Management Plans.  At this stage Mason encourages all of us to get involved with our local plans.  I decided to stop the video and do some research.  I found detailed plans and maps of the Sunshine Coast.

The Sunshine Coast is relatively risk-free IMO.  I’ve lived here for 17 years.  In that time, we’ve had heavy rains often, but never any flooding on the coast except for some low-lying areas near the Maroochy River a couple of times.  There was one hurricane where a few homes had trees felled in my suburb.  No bushfires.

Storm Tide Inundation (year 2100) and erosion modelling.

This interactive map of the Sunshine Coast displays a frightening picture of coastal Storm Tide Inundation.  This is based in the year 2100 and RCP8.5.

But if we drill down, the image is not so bad.  This map (next to a Google Maps version which labels the suburbs and natural features) shows flooding of low-lying areas (e.g golf course) and inundation of some houses along waterways.  I think much of the blame for this needs to be placed at the feet of local councils who are permitting development in flood zones.

35:30 Blackrock’s CEO Larry Fink discusses Global Infrastructure Partners.  Rather than being Government-owned, future infrastructure is moving towards a public-private partnership [where have we heard that before?  WEF!]

41:20 National Adaption Plan.  Climate adaption is the process of adjusting to actual or expected climate change and its effects.   Documentation states that Australia needs to make adaption mainstream.  Everything will be governed through a risk lens, using the most catastrophic climate modelling (RCP8.5).

47:40  Moving from “the environment is priceless” to “the environment has a price on it.” Recognise the value of blue (waterways) and green (land) infrastructure as an asset class.  The Nature Repair Act and the Nature Repair Market Scheme.  Nature – previously regarded as “the commons” will go into private ownership.

49:00  As people are moved out of private land due to climate relocation, this land can be bought (private ownership) and rewilded.  Who knows, perhaps they will even figure out how to make those relocated pay for rewilding the land and for the right to breathe the oxygen being provided by it?

Cui Bono (Who Benefits)?

“The term “Disaster Capitalism,” coined and developed by progressive journalist Naomi Klein in her seminal 2007 work “The Shock Doctrine,” refers to the phenomenon where corporations, governments, and financial institutions exploit crises, such as natural disasters, wars, or economic downturns, to further their own interests and profits. In some cases, these events are naturally occurring; in others, they are intentionally created or may involve a combination of both natural and artificial causes.  During the first two years of the COVIDcrisis, many speculated that this series of events was another example of Disaster Capitalism in progress. In retrospect, it is hard to deny that the ensuing cascade of events, documented lies, apparently intentional mismanagement, and massive upward wealth transfer represented a classic case of “Disaster Capitalism” as defined by Klein.”

Be alert, not alarmed.

Knowledge is useful, as long as it can be shared. Get involved in the political process.  Stand up for what’s right, but don’t fear (if you trust in God). Otherwise, you have every right to fear.

As mentioned early in this document, I now have the missing pieces needed to finish the following causal map. Vicious circles reinforce programs that systematically remove property rights, impoverish the middle class and lead to a society of serfs living in rented, high-density quarters, entrapped as in a digital gulag.

Please spend a few minutes following the arrows and see if you don’t agree with my assessment of current events.  Then, just let it sink in.

This would all be very difficult to comprehend and live with, unless you knew the answers to the following questions:

Who is Man?

In terms of physical location, it is God who has established when and where man should live. Please refer to Space-Time for more on this.

In terms of importance, man is made in God’s own image and is the pinnacle of His creation.  Although we have all fallen, we have a saviour. Simply repent and believe in Him.  Jesus, who came to earth in the likeness of man, paid the ultimate sacrifice.

“What is man that You take thought of him,
And the son of man that You care for him?
Yet You have made him a little lower than God,
And You crown him with glory and majesty!
You make him to rule over the works of Your hands;
You have put all things under his feet.”

Psalm 8:4-6

Jesus now sits at the right hand of God in heaven.  Yes, there is now a man in heaven. They may try to move man now, but when He returns to reign upon the earth for a thousand years, his church will rule with Him.
